C-K:
Fast, convenient and economical, the C-K (Clear-Kling) System uses a revolutionary clear backing that allows adhesion without adhesives. C-K discs can be applied to any platen. Select your desired C-K cloth, abrasive disc or diamond lapping film and apply to platen - it instantly adheres. When finished just lift and replace with the next item. C-K discs stay on the platen and may be used repeatedly. Available on a variety of Extec products.
PSA:
PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) backing that is oil, water & alcohol resistant.
Cloth:
Cloth backing is available for most products.
Plain:
Plain backing is available for most products.
Poly Back:
Extec Poly backing.
Maxima:
Non-metallic, magnetic compatible backing.

  • Brinell Test Blocks

    Meet ASTM E310 standards and conform to A2LA and NVLAP specifications. They are available in 500 kg load and 3000 kg load (other loads and ball diameters are available via special order).

  • Calibration Test Blocks

    EXTEC Rockwell Calibration Test Blocks meet the ASTM E18 standard and conform to A2LA and NVLAP specifications and HRC Test Blocks are traceable to NIST.

  • Diamond Penetrators

    Available for most Micro Hardness Testers.

  • Master Calibration Kits, HRC Scale

    Include 3 test blocks - High, Medium and Low and a Diamond Penetrator. Fitted in a convenient wooden case.

  • Micro Hardness Test Blocks

    Vickers (HV), Knoop (HK) and Dual (HV/HK) meet ASTM E384 standards and conform to A2LA and NVLAP specifications and are the same load: 100-200 (100 gm load)' 300-800 (500 gm load). Other than standard load may be specified.
