The Extec Labpro 1 Proportioning - Metering System is a convenient and accurate method of dispensing epoxy two-component resin systems. The patented ratio mechanism allows a partial machine stroke while holding ratio accuracy from 1:1 to 100:1.

- Material Viscosity:
- No minimum viscosity, maximum viscosity (around 50,000 cps) basically any pourable or self-leveling liquid.
- Also some thicker materials and pastes can be used, consult factory.
- Shot Size Range:
- Minimum shot approximately 6-8 cc. (Depending on ratio)
- Maximum shot approximately 60cc (approximately 32cc per piston on full stroke)
- Dispense infinite amount by using multiple strokes.
- Shot Time:
- Up to 10 shots/minute.
- Average approximately 4-6 shots/minute.
- This depends on material viscosity, shot size, and operator experience.

- Heated tank option available. Keeps material in tanks at constant 120°F (49°C).
