The Extec Labcut Micro 3.0 Variable Speed Automatic Precision Saw is designed for high precision cuts for even the most complex applications. Featuring automatic programmable movement along the Y and Z axes, a generous LED lit cutting chamber, and a self-contained cooling system.
The EZ-TSK Touch screen and joysticks control all of the unit’s functions across the three cutting modes, manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic. Up to 300 cutting programs can be stored, facilitating consistency across multiple operators.
The Extec Labcut Micro 3.0 is equipped with an intelligent feed control. Allowing the saw to automatically adjust the feed speed to account for work piece resistance. This coupled with the multi-nozzle cooling system, produces higher quality cuts with reduced heat damage.
A robust metal interior, steel cutting table, and heavy-duty precision vises ensures stable, vibration free cutting.
A wide variety of cutting blades and wheels allows the Labcut Micro 3.0 to efficiently cut materials ranging from bone, ceramics, and PCBs, to metals, composites and super alloys.
Optional motorized and manual X tables further increase the accuracy of part positioning and automation.
The Transparent hinged canopy eliminates coolant spray outside of the machine and is equipped with a safety interlock to prevent operator injury.
